Positions
R&D Engineer
- Wafer design and development of power semiconductor components (SBD, DMOS, Trench MOS, IGBT...)
- Foundry process integration experience.
- Familiarity with EDA tools (Example: Synopsys Sentaurus)
AE Engineer
- 3+ years of experience in 1000-3000Watt power supply or modules R&D
- Company has a laboratory, and has RA testing experience (high temperature HTOL experience is good)
- Demo sample will be provided to customers to test, get the feedback, and can analyze these messages to find out where the problem is, provide relevant information to the RD to make adjustments.
- Server power product applications
